Our Story
How It All Began
Steve and Sue Alschuler met in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where they started a family and embraced an athletic lifestyle filled with outdoor activities such as cycling and running. In 2018, the family moved to Denver, Colorado. They chose Tucson, Arizona for its year-round outdoor activities, purchased a second home, and turned it into a short-term rental. The home became so successful that Steve and Sue decided to help others acquire and manage vacation rental properties of their own.

After moving to Denver, Steve and Sue began looking for a warm-weather getaway from Colorado’s winters. Tucson stood out for its year-round outdoor activities and convenient 1.5-hour flight from Denver.
Their experience inspired them to build a portfolio of properties for vacations centered on cycling, hiking, and running. Today, they also help other owners acquire, manage, and transform their properties into successful short-term rentals.
